Craig Errey is the founder and managing director of PTG Global.

He has over 10 years experience and is a leading practitioner in usability and user interface design. Craig’s primary role is the research, development and implementation of the company’s IP and methodologies to ensure PTG continues to lead the market in innovative products and services.

Craig holds a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology from UNSW and is a registered psychologist (in NSW).

Craig uses this blog to record interesting events and observations as he runs PTG Global, develops new products and services in usability and user interface design and delivers services to his clients.
